This policy covers two things:
If you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you choose to give us. We use that information only to answer you and to carry out work you ask us to do.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type and the pages you requested. These logs are used to operate and secure the site.
This website loads a map from Google Maps and an icon stylesheet from a public content delivery network. Those providers may receive your IP address as part of serving that content. We do not control what they do with it.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
PipelineIQ Books Sync is a private, internal application. It is built and used by RD Graphics for our own bookkeeping. It is not offered to the public, it is not sold, and no other company connects to it.
The application connects to our own QuickBooks Online company through Intuit’s API. It reads and writes accounting records in that company file, such as customers, invoices, payments, products and services, and tax settings.
The purpose is narrow: invoices and payments that are created in our internal job system are copied into QuickBooks so that our books match the work we actually did and the money we actually received.
Records handled this way are business accounting records. They include customer or company names, invoice and job numbers, line item descriptions, amounts, tax and payment dates.
We do not use QuickBooks data for advertising. We do not share it with data brokers. We do not use it to build profiles of individuals.
The connection to QuickBooks uses OAuth tokens issued by Intuit. Those tokens and any related secrets are stored encrypted on systems we control and are not shared with anyone outside our business. We do not ask for, store or transmit your QuickBooks username or password.
We share information only in these situations:
We keep accounting records for as long as tax and business law requires, and for as long as we need them to run the business. Contact form messages are kept while they are useful to the enquiry and our ongoing relationship with you.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including encrypted storage of credentials and limiting access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The QuickBooks connection can be revoked at any time from the QuickBooks Online company settings, under connected apps. Once revoked, the application can no longer read or write data in that company file.
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required by law to keep. Write to discover@relevantdesign.cc.
This website and our software are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If we change this policy we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
